Community Health and HIV/AIDS management

This course is available for all KCSE graduates. It’s a course that equips the individual with a variety of skill that make them indispensable in provision of patient care both within the hospital set up and outside to the community at large. The student learns about counseling and testing of people for HIV/AIDS. They also learn how to educate the community on interacting and managing persons living with HIV/AIDS so as to reduce the stigma associated with the condition. The course runs for a period of six months.
